Even when I didn't reply, he sent gentle reminders. One word for this company: WOW!!! I had the pleasure of working with Carlito (the owner), and he is awesome.I had not had my carpet cleaned in four years. When he arrived he did not even wince. We had a great conversation about the carpet cleaning business and what it takes for a provider to do REALLY a good job. He also offered up some great tips for good carpet care between cleanings as well as the recommended amount of time between cleanings if you have children and/or pets. I was particularly grateful for the pet tips and deodorizing product info! I only have fur babies (2 dogs; 3 cats).He has been in the industry a long time and knows what it takes to provide stellar service.If you want "QUALITY" AKA Carpet Service is the answer. PROS: This guy gets an A++ for being professional, punctual & he explains what he is doing & why he is doing it. I needed to get some carpets cleaned, which after 2.5 years were pretty dirty. My wife made the appointment, & I got a text a few minutes before his scheduled time, & he showed up pretty much within a minute or two of our agreed time. He took a quick look and said that it wasn't too bad but it would take him a bit of time to get things as good as he could. He started & boy he really works & doesn't take a break at all. He went down to his truck only to refill his pretreatment solution. Otherwise he is nearly continuously working on your carpets. In the span of about 2.5 hours he was able to get all the carpets cleaned & nearly brand new looking. He even cleaned the hard surfaces in the kitchen & the bathroom as well. All that for the low, low price of $99 plus tip. Needless to say he's got my business & I will always point people in his direction if they need their carpets cleaned. CONS: Not one con, he is super cool and dedicated to his job and takes pride in his work and it shows. Funny thing, Carlito was actually cleaning my friend's carpets just before mine. Keep up the outstanding work.
